DateMe is built around one promise: your photos and your data never leave your iPhone.

The short version

DateMe does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. There are no accounts, no sign-ups, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking. Everything the app does happens on your device.

Photos

• The photos you add are analyzed entirely on your iPhone using Apple's on-device intelligence.
• Your photos are never uploaded to us or anyone else, and are never sent off the device.
• Photos and their analysis are stored locally on your device, and are removed when you delete them in the app or delete the app.

Information we collect

None. DateMe does not collect personal information, usage analytics, device identifiers, contact information, or location data.

Third parties

DateMe does not include third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs. No data is shared with third parties, because no data is collected.

On-device AI

DateMe uses Apple's on-device foundation models to analyze photos and draft text. This processing runs on your device; DateMe does not send your content to our servers (we don't operate any). If a future version uses Apple's Private Cloud Compute for some processing, that is designed by Apple so your content is not accessible to Apple or to us — and this policy will be updated to say so.

Children

DateMe is intended for users aged 16 and older and is not directed at children.
